Shipping policy

We do our best to provide the most beautiful arrangement and delivery service to our clients. However, some instances are out of our control that might affect the quality of our services such as weather conditions, traffic, and shortage of flower supply. In these situations, we work to resolve the problem as quickly and as best as we can.


DELIVERY TIME

We offer a 2 to 4-hour time range to deliver the item due to the unstable situation of traffic in most Metro Manila areas. Should an exact time delivery be requested we will try to comply with the request but cannot be bound in any way to honor such a request. For late deliveries, we will inform the sender as soon as we can and give the details as to why our delivery encountered such a problem.

 

RECIPIENT UNAVAILABILITY

In case the recipient is not available we will turn it over to a known person in the area or neighborhood with the sender or recipient’s consent. A new location or rescheduling of delivery within the day might be subject to an additional fee and forfeit our insurance with the quality of flowers since it might be exposed to the heat of the day for a long time.

 

 

DELIVERY FEE

We offer free delivery within Metro Manila areas. Additional fees will be applicable in other areas outside Metro Manila like Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna rated based on the distance from our shop location.
